AIM TECH - Our Management Team

Tanweer Alam

Tanweer Alam is currently heading Operations of AIM TECH. He drives organizational efforts towards providing Innovative and Quality business solutions. He is meticulous planner and follows a pragmatic approach while execution. Prior to this he has served for NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) as a Health Manager and was also been attached with AtoZ Educational and Welfare Trust, since its foundation, which is engaged in educational activity through study centers and serves the society through free health checkup camps.  His technical understanding and varied functional expertise gives AIM TECH an edge in handling complex and technical needs of clients. His management style is hands on and believes in “Keep it Simple”. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

 

Md. Alamgir

Md. Alamgir offers clients a unique approach to improving business performance through bringing on board Executive and Leadership teams. He has served clients in the field of education and placement sectors. He spearheads the Business development and search practice initiative at AIM TECH and has successfully partnered with clients as SCS and SIMT etc. Prior to starting AIM TECH, Md. Alamgir as a Founder Director was running “MK&K Computer” in Delhi & Haryana and afterwards he was engaged at a renowned Overseas Manpower Placement firm at Gulfa manpower Consultant, Delhi and at Mumbai, where he was designated as a HR Manager and was responsible for Placement services for variety clients. He has also extended his competencies towards education consultancy firm in the early days. He has a Masters Degree in Commerce.

 

Md. Abul Bashar

Md. Abul  Bashar manages the Education Portfolio of AIM TECH. He has previously worked with Corporate sector afterwards he served for MGNERGA as a Programme Officer. Md. Abul  Bashar has also spent more than 5 yrs working with Non Govt Organisations for the uplift-ment of the society . Md. Abul  Bashar has a Masters Degree in Arts and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
